Role Description
The Special Educator will work full time on-site at Thulir Child Care Clinic in Karaikkudi, providing individualized and small-group educational support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Daily responsibilities include assessing educational needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans, adapting teaching materials, and using appropriate instructional strategies to support learning. The role involves close collaboration with occupational therapists, caregivers,



and school staff to align goals and monitor progress. The Special Educator will document sessions, track outcomes, participate in case discussions, and provide guidance to families on strategies that can be used at home and school.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of disabilities and child development, with experience supporting children with developmental, sensory, or behavioral challenges.
- Candidates should possess teaching and special education skills, including the ability to design individualized learning plans and adapt curriculum to diverse needs.
