Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise branch managers across the cluster.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and operational standards.
- Drive business growth through effective planning and execution of branch targets.
- Monitor KPIs and performance scorecards for each branch.
- Implement recognition and motivation programs to boost staff morale.
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Provide training, mentoring, and professional development for branch staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education : MBA/ MCom
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in banking operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing branches.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance, operational systems, and cooperative finance.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Mindset: Transparent, motivating, and improvement-oriented leader with a passion for building scalable systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
