Qualifications:
- Masters degree in education or the relevant subject.
- B.Ed and any other Bachelors Degree
- Cambridge(CAIE),IB,CBSE or ICSE curriculum experience is preferred.
Experience:
- 5 8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in an academic leadership or coordinator role.
- Experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring and academic administration.
- Familiarity with international teaching practices and assessment frameworks is an advantage.

Establishing a Culture for Learning
a. Instructional Practice and ensure deployment of structure inquiry techniques leading to guided inquiry.
b. Ensuring the integration of ICT as a tool that improves learning and engaging in opportunities to improve personal ICT skills.
c. Classroom Management Ensuring continual improvement in learning and teaching strategies.
d. Demonstrating a high level of relevant curriculum knowledge for all academic staff.
e. Review of present curriculum, ensuring implementation of yearly/term plan, weekly /lesson plan.
