Job Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting business growth initiatives across infrastructure, survey, GIS, land acquisition, and liaisoning sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
- Generate leads through market research, networking,



and client outreach.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Track government, PSU, and private sector opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal preparation and costing.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and business inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Support contract negotiations and project acquisition activities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.

Requirements
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in infrastructure, survey, GIS, land management, utility, or project consulting sectors preferred.
