bid documents, and scope of work for AIS & GIS substations.
- Identify technical requirements, deviations, risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements during the bidding cycle.
- Base Design – review single-line diagrams (SLD), general layout drawings, section drawings, gas SLDs, and busbar configuration

for HV substations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, and internal engineering guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end techno-commercial bid preparation for AIS/GIS substation projects.
- Prepare pre-bid queries, scope definitions, technical clarifications, and commercial impact assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, sales teams, and engineering groups to gather required inputs.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the bidding/tendering engineering team.
