Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in EdTech Sales or Admission Counselling and experience selling IT upskilling programs, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
- Make outbound calls to prospective learners and follow up on warm leads.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable technology programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales or as an Admission Counsellor.
- Experience selling IT/Tech programs such as Data Science,
Full Stack Development, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or similar courses.
- Strong experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, Consultative Selling, and Sales Closing.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
