Role Description
The Backend Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of backend processes at TRISHOOLIN HOUSE. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, monitoring workflows, and resolving operational issues. Responsibilities include tracking orders or service requests, updating databases or systems, preparing basic reports, and supporting process documentation.



The role requires collaborating with team members and stakeholders to address queries, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards. The Backend Operations Executive will also assist in implementing operational policies and supporting management in routine administrative and operational tasks.
