Role Description
The Interiors Sales Caller is a full time, remote role responsible for engaging potential and existing clients to promote Bansuri Interiors’ design and fit-out services. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and inbound calls, understanding client requirements, explaining service offerings, and scheduling consultations or site visits for the design team.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, following up on leads, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to conversion. The Interiors Sales Caller collaborates with designers and project coordinators to ensure clear communication, address client questions, and contribute to a positive client experience. This position requires consistent professionalism on calls, adherence to scripts and sales processes, and meeting agreed performance and conversion targets.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain services and value propositions confidently over the phone.
- Sales and customer service capabilities, such as handling objections, nurturing leads, building rapport, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts or willingness to learn, enabling effective discussion of packages, space
