Role Description
The ServiceNow Professional will work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs, implementing workflows and integrations, and customizing ServiceNow applications to support ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise processes. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The ServiceNow Qualified will also prepare technical documentation, support user training and adoption, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client projects.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and development, including forms, workflows, business rules, and scripting.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related enterprise service management domains.
- Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into ServiceNow implementations.
