We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT and software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, agile delivery, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Manage client communication, expectations, and status reporting across all project phases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA,



and DevOps
- Track project performance using KPIs, milestones, and progress dashboards
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery processes, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management within IT, software development, or technology services
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering on time
- Proficiency in project management tools Jira, Trello
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMast
