1. To check all the previous shift MLC cases and verify whether the information given to police station concerned.
2. To check mortuary for any death / To handover the body to the police or to the attendants.
3. To list out the sensitive/high alert patients and to interact with them, make them understand the seriousness of the issues.
4. To monitor high risk, high payment due patients and ensure the information given to the patients and follow them up for the payment.
5. To list out the surgery patients-Theatre wise and ensure smooth transfer in / transfer out of the patients without any delay in the service.
6. To check the list of all admissions.
7. To check the list of all discharges.

9. To be physically present during the visiting hours of patients in all the buildings.

To avoid overcrowding during any untoward incidences by seeking help from the security and housekeeping departments.
11. To identify any breakdown of the service and address the issue at the earliest.
12. To attend all emergencies and sentinel events: Code Blue, Code Red, Code Pink, Code Violet, Code Yellow, Code Black and Code Green and to give a complete report on the same-Incident report.
13. To coordinate with the protocols of contingency hospital-visit by officials.
14. (i)To protect the premises from the domestic animals (Stray dogs, Cats, Mouse, Rats, etc.,)

(ii)This could be avoided by strict adherence of waste disposals policies.

(iii)To ensure Biomedical, General solid waste; Liquid waste, Food waste, Sledge, Scrap, Debris from the civil works is tightly packed before disposal.

(iv)To ensure they are disposed in the waste yards and cleared from the yard within the stipulated time.

(v)To identify the sources of waste and discuss with the Head of the department concer
