Job Description

Collaborate closely with the onshore manager to plan, coordinate, and execute team activities, including participating in daily or frequent alignment meetings to ensure priorities and deliverables are clearly understood. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the teams domain and systems to effectively support development and operational needs. Partner with other EAS teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless integration and delivery. Uphold high standards for coding practices, system design, and production support while contributing to roadmap planning and strategic direction. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization,



demonstrating strong verbal and written skills. Provide leadership through mentoring and guiding engineering staff, including supporting growth opportunities and development planning to build a high-performing team.

Agile

Attend and actively participate in standard Agile ceremonies, including QPP, Quad Squad meetings, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, and Backlog Reviews, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Work closely and maintain continuous synchronization with onshore teams to coordinate activities, address dependencies, and ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Provide clear, timely updates during Business Line Development Priority meetings, effectively communicating progress, risks, and key accomplishments to stakeholders.
