Lead Data Engineer (6–10 Years)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer with robust hands-on experience in modern data engineering and practical AI implementation. The role requires end-to-end ownership from solution design to deployment focused on delivering scalable,



production-ready data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, Python, ADF, Airflow.
- Own data modelling, performance tuning, cost optimization, and data quality.
- Lead GenAI solutioning, architecture design, and end-to-end delivery.
- Implement AI/GenAI solutions using Copilot, Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs, Anthropic or Microsoft OpenAI models.
- Hands-on experience with MCP servers, AI orchestration, and LLM-based workflows.
- Design and deploy APIs, AI endpoints, and services with production-grade standards.
- Work with Visual Studio, Cursor, or similar IDEs for development.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD, environment setups, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with business and product stakeholders.
- 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
