Role Overview

The Pre-Disbursement Documentation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and compliance of loan documentation prior to disbursement. This role plays a critical part in risk mitigation and maintaining regulatory standards for both secured and unsecured loan files.

Key Responsibilities
- Document Verification: Conduct thorough checks of borrower and co-applicant documents, including KYC, income proof, sanction letters, and agreements.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all mandatory legal and credit documents are duly executed, stamped, and valid before disbursement.
- Data Validation: Cross-check system entries against physical/digital records to ensure consistency.
- Risk Identification: Detect missing, incorrect, or forged documents and coordinate with relevant teams for rectification.
- Audit & Reporting: Maintain audit logs, file tracking, and reporting for all pre-disbursement cases.
- Risk Mitigation: Support compliance and risk control by ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Competencies




- Loan Documentation Knowledge: Robust understanding of credit compliance processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies or risks in documentation.
- NBFC & FinTech Operations: Familiarity with NBFC workflows and FinTech-based document management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in pre-disbursement audit, credit operations, or documentation (preferably in NBFC or FinTech).

Technical Skills
- MS Excel: Proficiency in data handling and reporting.
- Document Management Tools: Skilled in using digital audit and workflow systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
