Job Description: Business Development Manager IT Sales (Global Markets)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager – IT Sales to lead our outbound and inbound sales efforts across global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC customize based on your target region). This person will own the full sales cycle for our IT services offerings Database Administration, Cloud Support, Production Support, and related managed services from lead generation to closing.

This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who understands both the *technical* language of IT services and the *commercial* language of enterprise buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify current business opportunities in global markets through outbound campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email sequences, and platforms like Apollo/ZoomInfo.
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline lead generation, discovery calls, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.




- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand client requirements around Database Administration, Cloud Support (AWS/Azure/GCP), Production Support, and IT Infrastructure services, and translate them into tailored service proposals.
- Collaborate closely with technical/delivery teams to scope solutions, estimate effort, and create accurate proposals/SOWs.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for target industries and geographies.
- Represent Sparecode Consulting at industry events, webinars, and client meetings (virtual and in-person as needed).
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM; report on sales metrics to leadership.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads) at client organizations.
