Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK region and provide information about products/services to sell.

• Follow up on leads and sell.

• Generate new leads through cold calling.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

The role involves collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, contribute to campaign improvement, and support sales reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing abilities in B2B and B2C environments.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training and Sales Management to support team development and drive campaign performance.
- Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or contact center environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, meet performance targets, and adapt to dynamic campaign requirements.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tools is preferred.
