As a Growth Analyst, you’ll work with our Growth team to analyze user behavior, uncover growth opportunities, and help scale our mobile and web products globally. You’ll use data, AI, and experimentation to understand how users discover, engage with, and purchase our products.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across App Store Optimization (ASO), product analytics, performance marketing, brand growth, and conversion optimization. Every analysis and insight you produce will contribute to improving user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving problems using data, are curious about how digital products grow, and want to build expertise in product-led growth, analytics, and AI-powered decision making.

Key Responsibilities1. Product & Growth Analytics
- Analyze user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Build daily and weekly growth reports and dashboards.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Monitor key business metrics and recommend actionable improvements.

2. App Store Optimization (ASO)




- Perform keyword research and track keyword performance.
- Monitor App Store and Google Play rankings.
- Analyze competitors and identify ASO opportunities.
- Optimize app listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Track ratings, reviews, and user feedback.

3. Performance Marketing Analysis

Support the analysis and optimization of:
- Google Ads
- Apple Search Ads
- Meta Ads

Track and analyze:
- Impressions
- CTR
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Share of Voice (SOV)
- CPI
- CPA
- ROAS
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Revenue and Lifetime Value (LTV)

4. Brand Growth & Organic Acquisition
- Analyze branded search trends and direct traffic.
- Track organic installs and brand-driven growth.
- Measure the impact of brand awareness initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic user acquisition.
