About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and passionate about generating qualified leads and sales to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create campaign structures for Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bidding, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives.
- Implement conversion tracking using GA4, GTM,
