Job Purpose

Senior PMO/Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the Engineering CRMour organizations internal onestop application powering employee productivity, collaboration, and transparency. This role exists to deeply understand crossdepartmental business processes, translate real operational needs into scalable product features, and ensure endtoend delivery of CRM modules from conceptualization to deployment. The purpose of this role is to bridge business requirements with technology execution, ensuring that the CRM platform continuously improves, remains user-centric, and supports strategic organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with all departments to capture business needs, process challenges, and new feature ideas.
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
- Convert discussions into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Serve as the primary communication bridge between business units and the CRM engineering team.2. Product Ideation Feature Ownership
- Conceptualize new modules or enhancements for the Engineering CRM platform.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or workflow optimization.
- Own feature delivery from idea to production release, ensuring alignment with business objectives.3. Project Planning Delivery Management
- Drive project timelines, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and infra teams to ensure smooth releases.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and execution reports.4. Documentation Process Excellence
