Role Description
The Corporate Event Coordinator (Immediate Joining) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating corporate events, conferences, meetings, and retreats hosted at Vervve Hotels & Resorts properties or partner locations.



Daily responsibilities include liaising with corporate clients to understand event objectives, preparing detailed event proposals, coordinating logistics such as venue setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, schedules, and guest services, and ensuring events run smoothly from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up. The Corporate Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and front office teams to maximize event satisfaction and revenue, manage event budgets and timelines, handle on-the-day coordination, and respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback. The role also involves maintaining accurate event documentation, supporting promotional activities for corporate events, and continuously improving event processes based on client and internal stakeholder input.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Event Planning and Event Management skills, including experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, or meetings.
