We are looking for a creative, passionate, and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to build meaningful creator partnerships, drive brand awareness, and increase sales through influencer collaborations.

Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Moj, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be updated with social media trends, and understand the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard relevant nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate commercial collaborations and barter partnerships.




- Maintain an updated influencer database with contact details, categories, audience demographics, and performance history.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely content delivery.
- Prepare detailed influencer briefs and campaign guidelines.
- Ensure content aligns with Lakyou Beauty's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Content Coordination
- Review influencer content before publishing.
- Coordinate with the creative, social media, and performance marketing teams.
- Suggest trending content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and emerging creators.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign KPIs including:
- Reach
- Engagement Rate
- Impressions
- Views
- Clicks
- Sales & Conversions
- ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign rep
