About the Company:

Indiantelevision.com is India's leading media platform covering television, OTT, digital entertainment, animation, gaming, broadcasting, radio, and the media & entertainment industry. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our Client Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain solid, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and deliverables.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and client documentation.
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising, branded content, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with Editorial, Sales, Design, Video, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution in a timely and skilled manner.
- Ensure all client commitments are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Assist the Sales team in proposal creation,



renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, project status, and campaign progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Advertising Agency, Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in media, digital advertising, or event management will be an added advantage.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
