Job Description
As an SAP ABAP Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical aspects of SAP implementations and projects. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and deliver creative SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders, you will collaborate to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will also include leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP technical solutions, including ABAP programming and S/4HANA implementations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of SAP projects, meeting quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.




- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- Document and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
