Role Overview

We are seeking an Order-to-Cash (O2C) End User to manage order processing and distribution using TimeLine ERP. You will execute the end-to-end O2C cycle, translating customer orders into scheduled manufacturing requirements and final invoices.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the complete manufacturing O2C workflow: sales order entry, price calculation, delivery note generation,



and collective invoicing.
- Be a key part of ERP setup by actively working cross departments to find and solve bottlenecks.
- Perform Available-to-Promise (ATP) checks by reviewing machine capacity and raw material stock before confirming order delivery dates.
- Link sales order line items directly to order-related production requirements for shop-floor tracking.
- Manage batch allocation and lot tracking during the material dispatch and shipping stage.
- Communicate with sales teams, manufacturing planners, and international customers.

Requirements
- Experience:
Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment (plastics/injection molding preferred).
- O2C Operations:
Proven background executing manufacturing-driven O2C workflows and order-processing logic.
- Systems:
Experience working with multiple ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Infor, IQMS, Epicor,TimeLine) with the ability to learn TimeLine ERP.
