About the Role

Universal Corporation Limited is looking for a results-oriented
PPC Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, and a proven ability to improve campaign performance while delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across
Google Ads
, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative/design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using
Google Analytics
, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.




- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Implement conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Robust understanding of PPC strategies, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Ex
