Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to promote our Rainwater Harvesting and Water Conservation Projects. The candidate should be comfortable with both field marketing and office-based business development, generating leads, meeting clients, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Rainwater Harvesting and Water Conservation Projects.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet government departments, industries, schools, colleges, hospitals, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings,



and project presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Project Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
