UI/UX Engineer at Sundew
, you will bridge the gap between design and development by crafting seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences. You will combine robust design thinking with front-end technical expertise to transform user needs and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and production ready interfaces.

You will play a key role in shaping product usability, performance, and interaction quality ensuring our solutions are visually engaging, technically sound, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product requirements, user behavior,



and business objectives to define experience strategy
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Convert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standards
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
- Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancements
- Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterate
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologies
- Maintain design consistency across products and platforms
