We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at WSAudiology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
