Role Overview

*The Line Producer will serve as the primary operational point of contact between Prime Video, production houses, creative agencies, talent teams, and internal stakeholders*. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, effective execution, and timely delivery of all production requirements from concept to shoot completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Prime Video, production houses, agencies, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with production houses on shoot planning, timelines, budgets, logistics, and execution.
- Work closely with creative agencies to align on concepts, production requirements, and execution plans.
- Manage end-to-end talent coordination, including availability, scheduling, approvals, logistics, and shoot requirements.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the production lifecycle.
- Track deliverables, timelines,



and dependencies across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate approvals and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure all shoots are executed efficiently while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
