We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and channeling managing developing & resolving issues and improvements in our ERP System. Keeping closed loop with the support team and ERP users in our company. Key responsibilities include reporting issues faced to the technical support team, tracking progress and ensuring that all issues tickers & requested are resolved & closed. The ERP Coordinator will also be responsible for providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders, as well as facilitating training and support for end-users. Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain proper issue reports, resolutions and schedules.

· Coordinate with all departments and manage ERP software issues & modification activities.

· Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tickets.

· Identify,



report & follow-up issues & bugs for rectification

· Provide regular status updates to senior management.

· Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.

· Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

· Conduct meetings on the feature updates of the ERP system and document meeting minutes.

· Assist in the development and implementation of ERP training programs.

· Support end-users during and after ERP implementation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.

· Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.

· Carry out system testing and validation in coordination with management

· Ensure that all activities are completed on time and within specified time frame.

Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of work experience with ERP Systems
