is a pan-India nonprofit working to redefine masculinity and foster allyship among men and boys. Our programs help participants build empathy, self-awareness, and a sense of shared responsibility, empowering them to contribute to a more gender-equitable, secure, and compassionate society.

About Veera Circles

Veera Circles are
peer-led, mixed-gender discussion groups consisting of 8-10 members on college campuses
that create consistent, safe, and non-judgmental spaces for students to reflect on friendships, masculinity, emotions, vulnerability, allyship, and everyday leadership through guided conversations and shared learning.

About the Leadership Opportunity

As a Circle Leader, you will
facilitate a group of students through guided discussions
that encourage empathy, reflection, emotional awareness, and leadership. You don't need to be an expert or counsellor—just someone willing to listen,



learn, and create a safe space for others.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Circle Leader, you will:
- Facilitate
peer-led Circle discussions
- Create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Guide conversations
using Veera's session resources
- Encourage respectful participation
- Coordinate Circle sessions
- Maintain attendance
and simple session
documentation
- Participate in regular check-ins with the Veera Foundation team

Who Can Apply?
- Currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Want to develop communication, leadership and facilitation skills
- Believe in creating inclusive and respectful communities
- Can commit
4-6 hours every month
- No prior facilitation experience is required
