Role Description
The GTM Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Valangiman, responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies for SortyX’s smart bin and analytics solutions. This role involves conducting market research,



defining target segments, and developing positioning and messaging that aligns with customer needs across sectors such as airports, hospitals, campuses, and municipalities. The GTM Strategist collaborates closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to create launch plans, sales enablement materials, and channel strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, refining campaigns and pricing approaches, coordinating with partners, and preparing concise reports and recommendations for leadership. The role also supports customer feedback loops and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and long-term market strategy.
