We are looking to hire an Accounts Executive who can provide day-to-day accounting and compliance support to our internal teams and clients while ensuring smooth execution of accounting, taxation, and financial processes. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments for different clients simultaneously. Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, or client coordination will be highly valued. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, maintain excellent client service standards, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and client relationships. The Accounts Executive will play an important role in supporting the Accounting and Compliance team and driving client satisfaction.
- Prepare, maintain, and retrieve accounting and financial documents.
- Record accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Assist in bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial summaries.




- Update internal databases and accounting software with client information.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting records, invoices, bank statements, and compliance documents.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliance activities.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Perform data analysis and identify discrepancies in financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Prepare reports and trackers for pending tasks and client deliverables.
- Conduct basic industry and financial research, wherever required.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the team in client communication and relationship management.
