About the role

The Insights Manager is a critical leadership role dedicated to driving data-led decision-making and unlocking commercial value across the business. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, guiding them to translate complex data into actionable, strategic insights that solve impactful business problems. Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will bridge the gap between technical analytics and business strategy, working closely with stakeholders to influence roadmaps and champion a culture of data excellence. Ultimately, you will ensure our analytics initiatives are statistically sound, scalable, and directly aligned with our mission to create better experiences for our customers and team.





What you’ll do
- Provide line leadership for analysts, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and cutting-edge team culture. Coach and mentor team members on their technical and professional development, and delegate projects according to their strengths and growth goals.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, contributing to delivery cycles and strategic roadmaps. Act as a valued thought partner, using insights to influence business unit strategy.
- Establish and enforce data modelling standards, architectural patterns, and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytics outputs. Champion the adoption of best practices that maximize data trust and enable self-service at scale.
