Role Description
The Senior Account Executive is a full-time,



in office role based at KANISHK Surgical & Super Speciality Hospital in Dehradun. This role is responsible for managing key patient and corporate accounts, overseeing billing and revenue cycle activities, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and claims. The Senior Account Executive will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve account-related queries, maintain clear communication with patients, corporate partners, and insurers, and support financial reporting and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, preparing summaries and dashboards for management, assisting in budgeting and forecasting related to accounts, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and patient experience. The role also involves mentoring junior team members in the accounts department and upholding hospital policies and ethical standards in all financial dealings.
