Key Responsibilities
- Process Execution: Manage batch production to ensure finished goods meet exact specifications.
- Equipment Monitoring: Oversee machinery like mills, granulators, and dryers.
- Quality Control: Check powder quality, including particle size, flowability, and moisture levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules to prevent dust explosions and ensure safe chemical handling.
- Team Management: Train operators, assign shift tasks, and track daily output.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of raw materials, equipment logs, and batch data.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
