Job Description
We are looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Content Writer to join our social team. You’ll be responsible for turning briefs, ideas, insights, and strategic directions into strong content across formats.

This role requires someone who has a way with words and can adapt easily across use-cases: short-form videos, long-form scripts, informational content, product content, student stories, captions, titles, descriptions, and community-led content.

The ideal candidate should be able to take an outline, understand the context and purpose behind it, and independently build it into a high-quality final output.

Job Responsibilities
- Write scripts, outlines, hooks, captions, titles, descriptions, community posts, and content briefs across social platforms.
- Develop content for short-form videos, long-form videos, product explainers, student stories, informational pieces, and campaign-led communication.




- Convert strategic inputs into audience-first content that drives clicks, retention, engagement, and recall
- Adapt the same message across different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other social channels
- Work closely with the designers and editors to bring content to life.
- Use AI tools to research, ideate, draft, rewrite, and improve content faster.
- Study content performance and use learnings to improve future scripts and formats.
- Proactively suggest new formats, content ideas, hooks, series, and storytelling approaches.

What We Are Looking For
- Robust command over English and Hinglish writing.
- Ability to write content that gets people to click and keeps them watching.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, structure, hooks, pacing, and platform behaviour.
- Ability to independently take a rough brief from idea to final content.
- Experience writing across formats, not just captions or short copy.
