Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations for Pro Ultimate’s in office team in the Mohali district in a full-time capacity.



Responsibilities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves overseeing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Executive will support recruitment activities, assist in screening candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to smooth hiring processes. The position also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, preparing HR reports, collaborating with leadership on HR initiatives, and supporting training and development programs.
