In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for our organization's identity management systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity management systems and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We will count on you to:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for identity management systems, including application onboarding, client onboarding and certificate renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely onboarding of applications, clients and certificate renewals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity management systems, including onboarding related issues.
