Role Description
The Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, focused on guiding aspiring pilots through their aviation career pathway. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing candidate goals and readiness, and explaining training,



financing, and regulatory options in a clear, structured manner. The Counselor will support applicants through program selection, documentation, and application processes, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records, following up with prospective learners, conducting group information sessions, and contributing to workshops and outreach events. The role requires a learner-centric approach, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to helping candidates make informed, realistic decisions about their aviation careers.
