About Simply Sport Foundation

Simply Sport Foundation is a non-profit organisation working to build a more inclusive, holistic and equitable sporting ecosystem in India. We work with athletes, sporting institutions, federations and ecosystem partners, focusing on athlete development beyond sporting performance—including education, health, career transition and long-term wellbeing.

About PIVOT

PIVOT is our athlete transition, management education and employability initiative for female athletes. It is being developed as a 25-week hybrid general management certification programme, combining online education with two six-day residential learning immersions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Education & Curriculum to lead the academic and learning architecture of PIVOT.

This is not primarily a teaching role. The selected candidate will translate PIVOT’s vision into a rigorous, practical and credible education programme designed specifically for athletes transitioning into formal employment.

Key Responsibilities





• Define learning outcomes and develop the overall curriculum architecture

• Design modules covering management, communication, digital skills, AI, financial literacy and workplace readiness

• Identify and evaluate academic, education and certification partners

• Lead academic discussions and support the co-creation of content and learning pathways

• Develop assessments, assignments, projects, presentations and graduation criteria

• Identify and onboard faculty members, industry experts, practitioners and mentors

• Create an athlete-centred learning approach that accommodates different educational, language and digital backgrounds

• Establish academic quality-assurance and continuous-improvement systems

Candidate Profile

• 8–15+ years of relevant skilled experience

• Experience in management education, executive education, curriculum design, higher education, adult learning, learning and development, employability or skilling prog
