Role Description
The Chief Business Development Officer role at Bhaat.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for defining and executing the overall business development strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving expansion into recent markets and channels. Daily responsibilities include leading market research efforts, building and managing strategic partnerships, key sales initiatives, and aligning financial and commercial goals with long-term business plans.



The Chief Business Development Officer will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to develop pricing and revenue models, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure brand positioning supports sustainable growth. This role also involves setting performance targets, mentoring business development and sales team members, and representing the brand in external stakeholder meetings.
