Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies while working closely with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for C2H and contract staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, rate expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, vendor rates, and joining timelines.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting client SLAs and hiring targets.
- Track candidate status and maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients,



and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a robust focus on C2H/Contract staffing.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing processes, rate negotiations, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with staffing firms, consulting organizations, or IT services companies.
- Knowledge of vendor management and client-facing recruitment processes.
