Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role based in Bengaluru South. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening,



and interviewing candidates for technical and IT roles across the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, writing and posting job descriptions, and proactively building talent pipelines through various channels. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, facilitating assessments, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The IT Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment guidelines.
