In Delegation Of The The Project Quality Manager, The Quality Convergence Specialist, In Accordance With The Quality Standards Of Project, Is In Charge Of The
- Confirm sampling plan with tetris and establish it for the launches, Participation to the production meeting (ensure the availability of the cars for audit)
- Participation to the analysis of the first parts on MAPIEX/QAF/Mastercubing,
- Participation to SCA presentation to understand the issues reported by customer function,
- Preparation of Deferral meetings and management of Deferral process,
- Produce the summary and SCA issues dashboard and drive the responsible stake for the completeness and relevance actions taken,
- Management of Functional & Aspect Specialists,
- Drive the stakeholders to bring the robust forecast KPI for the next build, escalations to PQM, if any,
- Autonomy Level :

The Quality convergence specialist evaluates which work needs to be accomplished by the adaptation of the SCA standard of each phase to the specific constraints of the issues within a general time assigned and organizes his agenda to achieve the milestone objectives,
