Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Experience: 13 Years

Are you passionate about Human Resources and enjoy working in a fast-paced operations environment? We are looking for an Executive HRBP to drive workforce engagement, HR operations, and employee experience while supporting a large operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

Handle blue-collar workforce management and employee engagement initiatives.

Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Monitor attendance, attrition, productivity, and workforce performance.

Coordinate with vendors for manpower planning and workforce requirements.

Ensure HR compliance, documentation, audits, and policy implementation.

Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and workforce analytics to support business decisions.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.

Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments is preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
