- Strong data analytics expertise with hands-on experience in
Python and Databricks
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform data transformation, and derive actionable insights
- Comfortable with end-to-end analytical workflows (data extraction → analysis → insight generation)
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks
- Strong storytelling skills—able to synthesize complex analysis into transparent, impactful narratives
- Experience in client-facing roles, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

- Hands-on analytics-based query experience in SQL, Python and Databricks
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
- Requirements analysis, translation, organization, and communication experience.
- Practical experience in scrum-based Agile development methodology.
- B.S. in Engineering, Information Management, or Computer Sciences preferred
