Role Description
The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing and coordinating youth-focused activities and programs. This role involves planning and implementing youth programs, facilitating group sessions, and providing guidance and support to young participants. The Youth Lead will manage daily operations related to youth work, maintain program schedules, and ensure activities are protected, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.



The position includes collaborating with colleagues, community partners, and families, as well as documenting program outcomes and preparing basic reports. The Youth Lead is expected to act as a role model, promote positive behavior, and contribute to a supportive environment for all youth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work to effectively guide and support young people.
