Salesforce QA Requirements: Exp 4-6
- Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based functionality
- Experience validating Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints
- Ability to test complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences across different roles
- Familiarity with Certinia PSA and Salesforce customisations (Must)
- Experience testing data model extensions and checking for regression impact on existing functionality
- Good understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints
- Experience working in enterprise environments with structured governance and release management
- Solid collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and SMEs
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT support materials
- Ability to validate custom screens and components against functional and UX requirements
- Strong attention to detail in identifying functional defects, regression issues, and data inconsistencies
- Ability to support UAT coordination, defect triage, and release readiness
