A. Valuation of Land & Building (Civil Engineers Required)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/assets etc.

2. Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research.

3. Addressing to all the clients or auditors queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/asset

4. Assist the team lead to conduct valuation assignments.

5. Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with brokers and property managers.

6. Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.

7. Preparing project status reports for under construction projects.

8. Presenting the results of analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner

9. Identify the replacement cost/market values of the assets through market surveys.

Maintain personal contact and develop long lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company.

11. Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, qualified manner.

B. Valuation of Plant & Machinery (Mechanical Engineers Required)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Inspection and verification of various fixed assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/assets and plant & Machineries as the case may be.

2. Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research.

3. Addressing to all the clients/auditors queries, regarding the valuation of the subject property/assets

4. Assist the team leader to conduct valuation assignments.

5. Independently gather data pertinent to the assignment/engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with OEMs, authorized distributors and agents.
